MQI DATS delivers a community-based drug and alcohol prevention and treatment support service to those over 18 and their families. This is service is provided across the four counties of the Midlands, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford.
Each county has a dedicated drug and alcohol worker that supports individuals experiencing problems due to drug and/ or alcohol misuse. Each drug and alcohol worker will provide a wide range of interventions delivered through evidence based best practice to include but not limited to:

HSE CADS provides assessment and treatment in the community for adults concerned with their own or another person’s drug and/or alcohol use. In addition to this, our Addiction Homeless service provides support to those who are in addiction or at risk of becoming addicted and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to their addiction
The overall purpose of our service is to seek to minimise drug and/or alcohol harm in order to have a positive impact on individuals, families and communities. The service also offers assessment and treatment for gambling addiction:
